We finally found it...
Our goal has always been to build the absolute highest quality beverages we can. This goal requires a constant questioning, comparing, and re-evaluating of our products. This is especially true with our Chai.
How? ...because back in 2005 I worked in a shop in Austin, in which the owner’s mother would send him authentic masala chai from India. Since then I had never found such a perfect balance of sugar and spice in a chai, until last summer.
We are now proud to serve Maya Chai, and would like to share some of our chai favorites with you!
Kick things up a notch by adding our rich, bold espresso to a Chai Latte. Also known as a “Dirty Chai,” the Hotsy Totsy can be enjoyed hot, iced, or as a frappé.
Last week we laid out the basics of our Café Frappé: Espresso + Organic Dairy blended with Ice = rich, creamy, frozen, delicious, dreamy, amazing…you get the picture.
Although we can make any of our flavored lattes into a Frappé, today I’d like to share a few of our favorites with you. These Stellar Specialties are available year ‘round as lattes, hot OR iced, and yes... Frappés!
Take our classic Café Frappé, add a cinnamon-roll flavor twist, and you’ve got The Showboat! Rich caramel, cinnamon spice, and molassessy brown sugar blend into our frozen Frappé so delectably. You can stop there, or top it off with our Toasted Marshmallow whipped cream and a caramel drizzle for no additional charge!
The Model T
Appropriately named after a timeless classic, The Model T puts a Stellar twist on the Mocha Frappé. The Showboat is our classic Café Frappé, with Dark Chocolate and a touch of Toasted Marshmallow sweetness. These flavors are made with pure cane sugar, no high-fructose corn syrup here! Enjoy it with or without a Toasted Marshmallow whipped cream topping and Dark Chocolate drizzle.

What’s a Frappé?!
The word Frappé has a French origin, meaning “iced,” and has recently become the name of choice for “blended espresso beverages.” Here at Stellar Cafe, our original Espresso Frappé consists of espresso and an organic dairy base, blended with ice.
That seems pretty simple, what’s so special about it?
I’m really glad you asked! Most coffee shops prefer to use a powder base, due to its ease of use and its cost. After sampling MANY different powder bases and comparing them to our organic dairy base, the choice was clear. We want our customer to enjoy the creamiest, richest, highest quality Frappé available. Our organic dairy base consists of all organic ingredients including whole milk, cane syrup, and cream. Although it's priced much higher that powder bases we find it’s worth every penny, and we know you will too!
